Is Remote Support right for me?
Our Remote support option available at WesTech MSP is an “Invite-Only” remote support option. You do not need to use our managed services to get this support. There are a lot of IT issues that can be resolved using remote support. Call us, and let us see if this option will work for you.
Do I need a technician onsite?
Onsite support is better for a more hands-on and in-person service experience. If there is hardware that needs to be installed, hardware diagnosis, or new equipment installation, these are all better handled with a technician onsite.
WesTech MSP has technicians ready for any of your business or home IT needs. Our technicians are standing by to come to your computer environment to fix the issue where it resides. There is no need to unplug your equipment and take it to some store and try to fix the issue, we will come to you and get your equipment fixed onsite. If there is a need for any major fixes, we can either fix onsite or take back to our Palm Desert location and return after all work has been completed. Our service rates are reasonable, and our main goal is to fix your computer issues without over charging.
