CrowdStrike-delivered coverage is included from day one — every Falcon Complete license comes with OverWatch threat hunting 24/7/365 and the Complete MDR team's detection, investigation, and containment. There's no tier to pick or add-on to upsell; it's part of the license.
WesTech MSP walks through the available protection controls and automated response actions during onboarding. Together, we decide which controls to activate and which actions to pre-authorize, and document that in your service agreement. Falcon only ever takes action automatically on what's been pre-authorized — anything else follows the escalation path we agree on with you.
If you have no internal IT team, management of the Falcon sensor can be covered under our Essentials Endpoint managed IT coverage, so nothing is left unmanaged. If you already have an internal team, they keep running day-to-day IT while WesTech MSP owns the CrowdStrike licensing, relationship, and escalation path.
